Bring the original passport or ID of every visitor. After you pay, we ask you for each visitor's passport or ID details, because Alhambra tickets are issued in each visitor's name. Staff at the Alhambra can refuse entry if names or documents don't match.
Where do we meet?
All our city tours and Alhambra visits meet at our office, Carrera del Darro 1. Tickets are handed over at the office, Carrera del Darro, 1. Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure shown in your booking. Your confirmation email repeats the date and the start time.

Official tickets that include the Nasrid Palaces are sold by the Patronato de la Alhambra at tickets.alhambra-patronato.es, with an entry time printed on the ticket. They can sell out, so check the official website, and the Granada Card, before you decide.
